Pick up Turnpike south till you see a sign for Homestead south
\ Key West Turnpike extension #821. Merge right at this point onto
821. Stay on the Turnpike (#821) until the end. Coming down off
the ramp, your car will be heading South on US-1. We are 25 miles
south from this point on right side of the US-1 in Key Largo.
From Fort Lauderdale airport:
At the car rental company, ask for directions to the Florida Turnpike South
(Head West from airport). Stay on the Turnpike south till you see a sign for
Homestead south \ Key West Turnpike extension #821. Merge right at this point
onto 821. Stay on the Turnpike (#821) until the end. Coming down off the ramp,
your car will be heading South on US-1. We are 25 miles south from this point
on right side of the US-1 in Key Largo.

Largo Lodge, Key Largo, FL, (Mapquest) From
Miami International airport MIA:
At the car rental company, ask for directions to 836 West. (This is 2 ½ blocks
from airport). Stay on #836 West until you come to a sign saying Florida Turnpike
South. Take the Turnpike South, until it ends. Coming down off the ramp, your
car will be heading South on US-1. We are 25 miles south from this point on
right side of the US-1 in Key Largo.
